I welcome you to the Bankstown and District Law Society. Our organisation promotes professional and collegial dialogue among members of the local legal community. We regularly host Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) conferences, within a friendly and open setting.
These conferences not only provide practitioners with updates of the law and the legal system by experienced specialists but also provide practical information on best practices.
Additionally, your participation and involvement will promote the fostering of connections with other local firms, principals and practitioners. Issues and concerns relating to legal practice can be discussed, ideas shared and collective experiences pooled in a relaxed social atmosphere.
The collaboration of local practitioners will strengthen the voice of the local legal profession in matters of concern to us and will enable more meaningful representations to be cooperatively formulated for submission to other stakeholders within our legal system and its associated institutions.
